Access to the Noibu Console is down

The GCP issue is fully resolved. The Noibu console has been available since the previous update. We wanted to ensure there would no further disruptions due to the GCP outage before we closed this incident.

The incident is caused by a Google Cloud outage. More information about the issue can be viewed here:

Access to the Noibu console has been restored and we are monitoring the situation
